The manufacturer's new website has become the first step towards digitalization of all external processes: from the customer’s choice of equipment to reports from service centers on working with warranty applications in different countries of the world (still in development).

Simplify the work with the service network

One of the objectives of new website development was to reduce the number of offline calls to service centers.

Therefore, personal account with the registration of purchased equipment has been created for customers on the new website. And for service centers, a personal account, where it will be possible to conduct all stages of work with applications — from receiving and processing to calculating the cost and reporting, is planned to be implemented.


The user does not have to immediately contact service centers: one of the ways to reduce the number of calls is the presence of detailed service information about products in the product card on the website. Searching for service information is easy and convenient to use in the context of a specific product.
